Lottery Results Messaged out Wednesday
The results of our grade 6 lottery for the 2025-2026 school year were messaged out to parents on Wednesday, February 12 and 13. Students who did not receive an offer, along with students who registered for grade 7-9 were placed on priority callback lists and will be offered spaces as they come available.

School Council Meeting – Wednesday at 5:00 PM
Our next School Council meeting will take place on Wednesday at 5 PM at the school. All parents are welcome to attend. The meeting will proceed into our Family Well-Being Event.

Family Well-Being Evening Event
We receive a lot of requests to assist in tips for managing anxiety and maintaining well-being for our tweens and teens. On Wednesday, February 19, our School Council is hosting a family event for families with special guest speakers starting at 6:30 PM at the school. We hope you can attend. Please RSVP HERE.

Welcome Acting AP, Mike McMahon
Mike McMahon will be at Lakeshore as our acting Assistant Principal for the next several weeks while we engage in our search for the next AP. Mike is an experienced, retired CBE Principal.

Update for Individual Program Plans
For students on IPPs, the next update will be going home on February 22. These are to be reviewed, signed and returned for February 27.

High School Registration – Tuesday
The team from Joane Cardinal Schubert will be at Lakeshore on Tuesday, February 18 to finalize course registration with our grade 9 students in preparation for grade 10.
