Lunchtime Planning

Students in Grade 6 who stay for lunch will participate in the CBE lunch supervision program and will be enroled in the program with applicable fees. Our Grade 6 students have a supervised outdoor play area apart from the Grade 7-9 students. Students in Grade 7-9 have open campus privileges at lunch. An indoor seated area is offered to these students for the first half of our lunch period, with all students asked to go outside for the second half. Students who choose to leave campus at lunch are not formally supervised, but are accountable for their actions and behaviour while off site, especially when visiting local businesses. Our school admin team works very closely with our businesses to ensure kind, respectful behaviour.
