Parent Teacher Conference Bookings - Opens soon!

 

A few notes in regards to Parent Teacher Conferences. Please read carefully.

 

Conferences will be held on Thursday, November 23 (IN-PERSON) from 4:00-8:00pm and on Friday, November 24 (ONLINE) from 8:00am - 1:00pm.

 

When booking for online conferences, please keep the confirmation email for each meeting time as this contains the link you will need to access the online meeting. The office is not able to re-send any meeting links.

 

The conference booking system will open on Friday, November 17 at 12:00pm and will close on Wednesday, November 22 at 12:00pm.

 

All conferences must be booked online via your MyCBE/PowerSchool account. If you do not have an account, please click this here for instructions on setting up an account. You MUST use the email address that the office has on file to create/access the account, otherwise it will give you an error code. Helpful hint: Some of the features are not made viewable while on a Mobile device, so we suggest using a desktop or laptop computer.

 

Due to time limitations and the limited number of bookings for each teacher, students/parents/guardians will only be able to sign up for one time slot per teacher/teacher group. We recommend signing up when the system opens for bookings as many teachers get fully booked.

 

Core teachers (Math/Science & English Language Arts/Social Studies) will be grouped together for the bookings.

 

We also encourage parents/guardians to book with their child(ren)'s Phys Ed and Complementary Course teachers. If your child has a complementary course with any teacher other than Mr. Auburn, Mr. Kay, Mrs. Nimmo, and Mrs. Ryan, please book directly with Mrs. Ryan for the conference.

 

As a reminder to all of our families, grades and comments are updated in PowerSchool on a continuous basis. Prior to conferences, you should be looking at your child’s grades and comments and bringing forth any questions or concerns with the teacher during your conference.
